Important conditions should be visible where they matter, not hidden only in this policy.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using STRUCTURA, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organisation or client, you confirm that you are authorised to act for them. Do not use the service if you do not agree or are not legally able to accept these Terms.
Any paid service, professional engagement or project delivery requires a separate written scope, quotation or agreement. Website use alone does not appoint STRUCTURA as your engineer, designer, surveyor, quantity surveyor, legal adviser or other professional consultant.
Preview and availability status
Parts of the platform are prototypes, catalogues, staged previews or owner-gated integrations. A visible control, workflow or product listing does not mean that a service is live, available, certified or contractually offered. Preview data may be temporary and features may change, be suspended or be removed.
No engineering engagement begins until scope, responsibilities, deliverables, fees and applicable project terms are agreed in writing.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may use available features for lawful evaluation, education and professional assistance, subject to the limits shown on each feature. You must not:
- use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively or to harm people, property, systems or rights;
- circumvent access controls, security, rate limits, entitlements or product gates;
- introduce malware, scrape at harmful scale, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorised access;
- misrepresent an output as reviewed, signed, certified or approved when it is not;
- upload content you lack permission to use or disclose; or
- use an output as the sole basis for a safety-critical, legal, financial, construction or regulatory decision.
Calculations, technical content and professional review
Calculators, quantities, drawings, lessons, reports, templates, recommendations and other outputs are assistance tools. They may rely on simplified models, selected standards, assumptions, user inputs, third-party information or incomplete project context.
You must independently verify inputs, units, geometry, actions, combinations, coefficients, material properties, quantities, standards, National Annexes, software settings, sources and outputs. A suitably qualified and, where required, licensed professional must review any use affecting safety, compliance, procurement, construction or material decisions.
Outputs do not constitute a professional signature, certificate, approval, fitness determination or assurance that statutory, contractual, insurance or client requirements have been met.
AI-developed platform and content
STRUCTURA is an AI-developed platform. Most of the website, connected applications, software, interfaces, written content, documentation, calculations and outputs have been created or materially assisted by AI. For disclosure and use purposes, you must treat all platform content and outputs as AI-generated or AI-assisted, whether or not separately labelled and even when reviewed, tested, edited or approved by our team.
Human review is a quality-control measure only. It does not change the AI-generated or AI-assisted status of the material and is not a warranty, certification or guarantee of accuracy, completeness, suitability, compliance or professional approval. You must independently verify all content and outputs before use. The AI-Generated Content Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
Your inputs, files and permissions
You retain any rights you already hold in material you submit. You grant the service operator only the permissions reasonably needed to process that material for the feature you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement.
You are responsible for the legality, quality, accuracy and permissions associated with your inputs. Do not submit personal, confidential, export-controlled, privileged, copyrighted, client-owned or proprietary material unless you are authorised and the feature’s data handling is suitable.
Platform and output rights
STRUCTURA’s branding, interface, software, original content, schemas and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership is transferred except where a separate written licence says otherwise.
Rights in generated or calculated outputs can depend on the input material, applicable law, third-party rights, product licence and any project agreement. The service does not guarantee that an output is unique, protectable or free of third-party claims.
Third-party services and sources
The platform may refer to or integrate third-party standards, datasets, APIs, advertisements, websites or services. Their terms, licences, availability and privacy practices may apply separately. A reference or link does not amount to endorsement or transfer responsibility for independently checking the source and applicable licence.
Disclaimers and no warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and its general website outputs are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties or guarantees of accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, regulatory compliance or professional suitability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a guarantee, duty or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Responsibility and limitation of liability
You remain responsible for decisions made using the service and for maintaining appropriate checks, competent review, source records, backups and professional insurance. Any limitation of STRUCTURA’s liability applies only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and is subject to any separate written project agreement.
The final liability cap, excluded-loss wording, consumer treatment and indemnity provisions require legal review and must not be inferred from this publication draft.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, comply with law, address security risks, maintain the service or respond to a material breach. When accounts become available, users may be able to stop using the service and request account closure subject to lawful retention requirements.
Governing law, changes and contact
These Terms may be updated when products, laws or operating arrangements change. Material changes should be dated and communicated appropriately.
Publication requirement: the contracting legal entity, registered address, verified contact method, governing law, courts or dispute process, consumer terms, liability position and effective acceptance mechanism must be confirmed by qualified counsel before these Terms are final.
